Suggestion: "Micspam Channel"

This is an idea I've had for a while but never got around to posting.
Would adding a separate channel server-side specifically for playing hldj over be feasible? Something players could turn on or off with a sourcemod command. People's names would appear in purple when they use it to distinguish it from normal mic chat.
