Sorry, I didn't get a chance to post before. That was the method I was using before. It was not until yesterday that I saw the picture example, because before I thought there was no project rate box. I used your solution and now it works great! Thanks for the help, Renegade.

I am using the drop down box on the audio clip itself, then going to Set Rate > 11025 Hz. Then, I highlight the entire clip, go to Effect > Change Speed and I set it to 100. This makes it sound normal. Then, I hit File > Export as WAV and save it. But no matter what I do, I cant get it to save with ...

I have several sounds that I edited in audacity. They were all 22050 Hz. Using audacity, I made them all 11025 Hz and doubled their speed. This made them sound as if they were the normal file. I have the same problem, but it never worked for me in the first place. All of the .cfg files are created on startup. When I entered exec autoexec.cfg manually into the console, nothing happens.
