Well then you've found the problem. Use Audacity. I guess I can try to figure out how to set the format with Audacity. Most likely a sound conversion problem, are you using Audacity? I do use audacity for some editing, but I use MS Sound Recorder for setting the format. The format is: PCM 11.025 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono.
